Sunset Lake hostel

The owner, Gyoko, is one of the best to ever do it. Constantly helping guests with whatever they might need, so it is unsurprising that the hostel has such a warm atmosphere. Yes the kitchen is small but it is for the better as it makes the hostel so social. Great hostel for solo travellers. Location is perfect, just outside of the old town near many shops, the market, and a stop for some inter city busses. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Theres free bikes. An automatic coffee machine etc

I absolutely loved everything about this place. Even before I arrived, I had a few questions, and the host responded incredibly quickly on Booking.com, which already gave me a great first impression. When I got there, I was given a full tour of the hostel, and from that moment on, everything just felt so welcoming. The staff and the guests were all extremely friendly, it genuinely felt like being part of a little family. The hostel itself is super cute and has everything you need. There’s free coffee at reception, people cook together in the evenings, and the overall atmosphere is just amazing. It’s more than just a place to stay, it’s a whole experience. I made some really special memories there. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean with hot water, and everything was just easy and convenient. What really stood out the most, though, was the host, so present, helpful, and kind. They even dropped me off at the bus station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Honestly, 10/10. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I would definitely come back.

The host is very nice and even helped me carry the luggage to the upstairs and the location is so close to the bus station and the must-see sightseeing

Actually I booked a four-girl room but when I arrived I just received a six-girl room and I mentioned this to the host and he sent me to a room with one guy and one girl. I would say it’s a bit scary and disappointed. But the host explained that the system updated the correct information every eight months. However, I think this should let the people know about it.
