The pensé very helpful, we rent motorcycle with him at very good price. For an extra we got a better room, but didn’t make sense just to have private bathroom. Good price.

The location it is not bad just up from the center. Maybe could be more clean

The room was good and it looked clean enough

There were a lot of bad reviews online but for the price, I decided to give it a try. The room was good, but the worst was the owner which seem to try to scam me. I wanted to extend my stay so I asked the owner how much, hoping I could get a discount, and he asked 510k VND, but on booking.com was 390k VND. SO I told him that I would book on booking.com and he starts saying the room on booking is a different room with no toilet, even though the pictures were the same and it stated there was a private toilet, but he kept insisting that it was not the same and if I book on booking.com I will have to change rooms to a smaller and worse room. I felt like he was not being fair and just trying to get more money out of me, as some other reviews say he cannot be trusted and he is greedy. So in the end I booked another hotel, which was more expensive, but its not about the money its about the principle.

From the reviews I was hesitant to book this property- but I had a lovely stay and it was such good value for money. The owner didn’t speak English but was very hospitable. The room was big and clean- and had a nice thick duvets compared to some other places here they just have a blanket.

The shower took a while to warm up

- the sinks were both leaking - apart that - nothing!! ☺️
