Staff is ok

It’s close to the beach and restaurants

It’s quite unmaintained, toilet smell and lots of bugs crawling. Overnight we had earthworms crawling in our room and toilets, there were no facilities other than a bed to lay on.

Beautiful building on a great location close to the beach and in the lovely village. From our room in the top floor you had a nice view and it was nice to have a balcony.

Noisy Music.

Great place to stay in Unawatuna. Location is perfect, the place was calm and the owner / manager very flexible and kind. I benefited from a room with a view on the garden which I really appreciated. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. I would go back without hesitation to this place.

Clean modern property with very good AC in the rooms.

No divider in the shower areas, between the shower tray and other parts of the bathroom.

Perfectly located, walking distance to main areas but sort of hidden from busyness. Spacious room, bathroom and balcony. Friendly staffs, always willing to help with anything. Thank you, Chamidu.

There was no cleaning services sadly. But when I asked to change towels and throw bin, staff was always available to do so.
