Amazing build at a very convenient location. The staff was very very reliable as I had a last minute booking. I booked standing outside the gate and despite that they were such gracious hosts. Really thoughtful architecture and spacious rooms.

The property is a 10/10 from every angle!

Very clean and cozy rooms, everything in Unawatuna is reachable on foot. There is a restaurant/bar 10m away, owned by the same owner.

Well placed in the town, near the beach and amongst the small shops and restaurants. LOVED being woke early one morning by peacock calls and watching these and other birds, also monkeys in the trees! Very chilled atmosphere and extremely froendly and helpful staff. The food was nice too. The building is brand new, basic and modern. Good aircon!

If i was finicky, id say a small lamp in the room would be nice, but no big deal! No complaints at all.

We had a very good stay. The bed was comfortable, water was hot and the air-conditioning was working well. It's new, located a short walk to the beach and bars. Also a short distance to the main road for transport, shops and ATM. The staff are great, friendly and welcoming The restaurant is Italian, and very good with ingredients sourced from Italy. Would we stay again - definitely.

There's not much to dislike. Maybe service the room daily, rather than on request and water daily would have been nice. Maybe a fridge would be good.
