I didn’t like that it was hard to locate and that the other guests were in the shared bathroom for almost an hour in the morning which put me under pressure timing wise and they left hair everywhere in the shower

Minor things, plug sockets in room were temperamental as was the bedside lamp. Bin out the front looked like it hadn't been emptied in a while.

A person who deals with check-in, the owner or administrator is just a nightmare! This “person” shouldn't work with people! I booked the second time for my son and his friend, the first time here, the second time in another hostel nearby and “it”was there too! Then she yells at me that the guys were late and didn't come as I indicated when booking (agree, it's hard to know exactly the time when you're coming from another country) Another time it ran into the room at 11 at morning, screaming and kicking the children out. terrible attitude towards guests, terrible service!!! Listen, you misunderstanding, it doesn't matter how much a person paid for their stay - you should treat your guest with respect, ugh.
FR-Le proprio envoie une vidéo de présentation quelques heures avant la récupération des clés. Super bien expliquée de A à Z. -Etant en ville, l'accès au centre se fait très rapidement à pied.
-les cassos sans éducation et donc sans respect, "dormant" dans les chambres à côté et au-dessus. Du bruit toute la nuit, J'ai dormi 1h au total et je suis parti 2h plus tôt que prévu. Même la rue était plus calme que les gros nazes au même étage que le mien. Il y a 1 chance sur 2 pour avoir ce genre de comportement quand on loue pour une nuit. La prochaine fois, je dormirai en dortoir, car au même prix, la seule différence est qu'en dortoir, les murs inexistant entre 2 lits, n'empêchent pas de faire un max de silence pour laisser les autres dormir. (je ne parle pas des ronflements) A aucun moment je ne blâmerai le proprio et son logement.
