It was difficult checking in No proper information on how to get the keys and check in
IEIEOverall, the place was fine for the price. The house itself was clean and matched the expectations.
However, the man at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining how to find the property, he started shouting, making threats, and then hung up the phone in anger. It was a very unpleasant experience and definitely needs to be addressed.
