Bathroom could use a shower door to avoid water all over bathroom

Clean and perfect for our family. The location was supreme! Maria was easy to communicate with and got back to me quickly when I had questions.

The location was excellent! Very close to the main street. We stayed at this location for almost a week, so it was very nice to have parking available in the parking garage as well. The apartment was very nice and clean and everything was exactly as listed.

We travelled in summer and there were vertical blinds installed. Some of the pieces seemed to be missing so the light filtered through, and while this was a minor inconvenience, I would recommend that blackout curtains or blinds be installed. We also had to let the cold water run a bit before it ran cold. This was not a bit deal, just an inconvenience.

The location was good - easy to walk to shops and restaurants - and it was nice to have on-site parking (although the spot was very small!). The rooms were spacious with storage (although it hadn't been cleaned) and the beds were very comfortable (once you removed the dirty top blanket).

The space felt worn down and dirty. It is clear the owner/manager doesn't put enough care into maintaining and cleaning the property. The baseboards were covered in dust/dirt, there were stains on the blankets, there were scuffs on the walls, and just clearly a lack of attention. The welcome/information packet was clearly years old on plain, unlaminated paper that was dirty and crumpled, which felt like a representation of the whole space. Also, many of the issues noted in earlier reviews have not been addressed even after years/numerous complaints - missing slats in blinds, poor drainage in the bathroom sink, etc. Also, we could not get the water to run cold (it was always warm or hot, regardless of many attempts to adjust it). This penthouse has a TON of potential and would be wonderful with just a little more effort, but I would not recommend it or stay here again unless it is clear that some improvements have been made.

A bit worn out.

The property is spacious enough for three people, spread over two floors: the first floor includes the dining and living areas, while the second floor has the two bedrooms. If you have difficulty with stairs, this property may not be suitable, as the bedrooms are upstairs. We had to leave our large luggage downstairs and only bring essentials upstairs. While the size of the property is impressive, we did notice that cleanliness in some areas could be improved. Additionally, the water had a slight odor, which we believe may be sulfur odor from the volcanic region. The apartment itself is a bit dated but still comfortable. There is free parking available inside the building, and the view from the room overlooking the ocean is pleasant. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the property staff was quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful.
