Penthouse Downtown with Free Parking

Easy to follow video that showed exactly how to get into the building and where to park. The penthouse was perfectly sized, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended stay.

Absolutely nothing. All was perfect. Even down to the helpline. Quickly answered calls when we needed help, even when we wanted to stay another night!

This was the perfect location to land for our last night in Iceland. Super clean & cozy. Comfy beds. Easy walk to Laugavegar and shops, even with the recent snowfall! We were able to run down to the harbor in seconds when our Hello Aurora app told us the Northern Lights were spotted & see them one last time. A quick walk to our usual casual dinner & drink spot Kex Hostel for pizza (yes, a hostel with a good restaurant, believe!). The garage parking was a huge benefit. DEFINITELY watch the YouTube video and take a screen shot of the parking space number. It's super helpful.

The location was fine. Having some basics in the kitchen was nice.

There was chewing gum in the bathroom and the shower took a long time to heat up. The bathroom vent window didn't shut. Room by room heat may be typical in Rejkavik but central heat is preferable. There were no instructions how to use the stove.

Really convenient location but quiet.

Could have been more clear in the description that laundry is in the basement and is shared. Also, with all the signs in the building, the trash situation could be more clear within the apartment, like have 4 bins and labeled.

It was perfect in every way! Clean. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Great location!

Great location, close to shops/restaurants. Apartment very spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for our group. Notes available, suggesting reasonable priced supermarkets, chemist near by etc, very handy when new to the area.

Great location - and quiet, too! Spacious and clean apartment. A video explained clearly how to get the key and enter the apartment. There was a space available for the car in the car park of the apartment block. The owner left comprehensive information regarding the area and also emergency phone numbers, including their private numbers.

The taste and smell of the tap water was strange. The drain in the shower did not evacuate water properly, and flooding in the bathroom occurred more than once, despite our best efforts. WiFi didn't work on the top floor. The vertical sheer blinds in the bedrooms were letting the natural light in, which meant that, being summer time, the room was bright as early as 4 am - hard to get some sleep!
