Séjour très agréable ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, que ce soit à la réception ou tout au long du séjour : toujours de bon conseil, à l’écoute et très professionnel 🙏👍 Le petit déjeuner est succulent, avec un vrai petit-déjeuner marocain comme on les aime 😍 Rien à redire, tout était parfait !

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, zeker met Booking's Genius Level korting, de gastvrijheid van het personeel, het ruime appartement, de massage en hammam, het regelen van taxi's, het lekkere ontbijt met flesjes water om mee te nemen overdag, de moeite om traag Arabisch te praten zodat ik het kan leren, het meedenken over wat we best zouden bezoeken (bv. een daguitstap naar Rabat met een persoonlijke taxichauffeur heen en terug)

Lawaai... de ramen in de kamers bestaan uit enkel glas, totaal niet geluidsdicht. Het verkeer is er heel luid, met heel veel getoeter, gefluit van politie, geroep in de straten en dit hoor je, ook 's nachts blijft het doorgaan. Daarnaast ook het vuil in de straten van Casablanca, troep die niet wordt opgehaald, etensresten overal, de stank erbij. Er zijn mooie plaatsen, maar tegelijk ook heel veel vuile plaatsen.
