الضوضاء...كنت في نوم عميق فاستيقظت فزعا بسبب صوت إغلاق الباب للشقة المجاورة بعنف وشدة . أصوات إغلاق الأبواب 🚪 مزعجة جدا. أقترح تركيب دفاش على الباب حتى لا يصدر صوتا عند اغلاقه.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel ze deden er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken.( vooral de mevrouw van de receptie) Ze regelden onmiddellijk een parkeerplaats voor de deur. Lekker ontbijt. Prima appartementje.

The owner and the staff is very friendly and helpful with providing advice what to see. We had a conversation about the movie Casablanca, it was the best introduction to the city.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and it is absolutely not worth the price they charge. To begin with, the hotel has listed an incorrect address on Booking.com, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience while trying to locate the property. After a tiring journey, the last thing you expect is to struggle just to find the place. Don’t go by the pictures online—they are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. On top of that, they do not communicate via WhatsApp or any modern channel—everything is handled through a landline, which makes it extremely difficult to coordinate, especially for international travelers. The receptionist also has very poor communication skills, making interactions even more frustrating. We accidentally left a parcel on the sofa in the reception while rushing to the airport. When we called the hotel for help, they initially responded but then completely stopped answering our calls. There was no sense of accountability or basic customer service. In the end, we had to depend on the airport security team and arrange an InDrive rider ourselves to retrieve it. Thankfully, Muhamad from the airport staff went out of his way to help us, and Mourad—the InDrive motorbike rider—literally drove in 13-degree temperatures late at night to bring the parcel back to us. Strangers showed more responsibility and humanity than the hotel staff, which says everything. The condition of the hotel itself is extremely poor and far below acceptable standards. The property is very shabby and clearly not well maintained. There is visible mold and fungus in several areas, which is both unpleasant and unhygienic. We also noticed ants inside the room, which only adds to the poor hygiene concerns. Cleanliness is a major issue here. The bathroom was not clean, and there was water leakage from the shower that spread all the way to the door, making it messy and unsafe.

Please check and book this place. There is huge language barrier. The location is great but cars cant be parked near the apartment. Please talk to them and understand before booking or else it will not be a very good Experience. However they are very non cooperative and dont use any other means of communication other than a landline.

Only the personal was positive thing about this hotel

It was absolute disaster. The rooms and the whole building does not look like on the pictures. The rooms were cold, furniture was old and used, dirty and the whole space was smelly. The bathroom was small and there was water dropping of the boiler all night. Everything seemed like already used.
