Extremely clean and well maintained. Close to locations we visited with easy access and parking. Facilities were as per website. It was an enjoyable stay.

Clean and well maintained, everything seems new. Feel save with CCTV. Clean white towels.

Very old heavy Inner doors were locked and couldn’t open it for 15min in the morning, were late due to that. Hairdryer wasn’t working and second one had unsuitable plug. Was stressing out about drying hair as was cold winter day and owner didn’t answer calls. No reply from him. A bit loud from the room next door

Good communication from the owners. A quiet spot and generally clean –– with the one disappointing exception noted below.

The small ensuite bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, which made me feel sick. The toilet roll holder, located down at floor level next to the toilet, had two extra rolls on it – which looked suspiciously like they'd been exposed to, shall we say, some yellow splashes. The roller blind in the bedroom was broken in the permanently down position – so it was difficult to open the window to get some good air flow. The duvet was very thick, which along with the spongy mattress, was not to my comfort. There were no alternate blankets provided so I could be cooler. There was a fan but it was quite noisy. All in all, the set up was not comfortable for me and was in-conducive for a good night's sleep. I was quite dissatisfied at £230 for a 2-night stay.
