"A nice room for the night"

Everything you need in a hotel room but not a hotel.

over priced for what it is and thin wall mean that you can hear what is going on in the other bedrooms.

"Perfectly reasonable for one or two people"

It was a very clean and cosy place for one person. The location is good. The host is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. There is a shared living room/kitchen with lots of stuff in there. Definitely recommended for one or two people who don't want to spend so much money on accommodation in Manchester.
