Great location. Very comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful perfect for my fiancé birthday mini break so luxurious a real home from home as I live at a Victorian house love the super high ceilings

It was a great location, large and comfortable apartment and easily accessible with clear instructions to gain access. Seamless entry and exit and great communication from the host. It was clean. The bed was comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. Late checkout was easily arranged even though we didn't actually need it. We only booked for one night and it really was surplus to requirements for the night. Lots to like about the apartment.

The tap in the bathroom sink was more of a trickle and really needs fixed. The shower grouting needs attention. The worst part was the noise from the people downstairs. After midnight still sitting outside loud drunk talking. We realised it was a city centre apartment but that really wasn't acceptable after midnight.

There's private parking for £12, which it's not bad at all in comparison to other parking nearby which could be more than double for 12 or 24 hours. It's literally 2 minutes walk from Edinburgh bus station, which again its a bonus as its walkable distance

Breakfast was not included. But still an amazing place to stay at and directions are easy to follow
