Luxurious city centre self catering apartment

It was exactly as described, so much space felt like we we're staying in a luxury heritage property. The piano was the real highlight! Bed was comfy, shower great as we're the rest of the facilities including parking. The location was brilliant right in the middle of everything.

Fabulous, luxury apartment at the heart old Edinburgh. Great location, beautiful linen and towels. Just lovely.

The apartment is impressive in size and design, with a spacious living room and kitchen, yet remains warm and cozy. Its super central location, just five minutes from the tram stop with direct airport access, is very convenient. The washing machine is a great plus.

However, a major drawback is the large bus station right outside the bedroom, causing noise from 5 AM to midnight. The living room also faces a busy street with trams and cars, making it unsuitable for light sleepers. Some furniture is damaged, and for the price, a few basic essentials like oil, milk, or spices would have been a nice touch.

Apartment was incredible! Lovely setting and so nicely decorated. The location was also perfect and really close to the centre of town.

The milk sachets provided in the fridge were gone off but only a minor inconvenience!

I loved everything about the property, it’s actually bigger and better than the photos suggest. It’s one of the best apartments I’ve rented worldwide. Location is perfect, a few minutes on foot from Waverley train station, literally around the corner from Edinburgh airport tram stop. City centre location with countless restaurants and bars within walking distance. Supermarkets 5 minutes walk away. Communication with owner was first class and I was allowed early access to leave my luggage. The apartment had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen & utility room, the shower is invigorating and the bed is super comfortable. My only issue was I was only there one night! When I’m in Edinburgh in the future it’s my go to accommodation

Absolutely nothing, it’s perfect

Real wow factor apartment! So spacious, immaculate and high quality. Sally kindly let us store our bags at her nearby shop for free also which was an added bonus. Fabulous central location.
