Apartament, który otrzymaliśmy, okazał się mieć poważną plagę karaluchów – małych i dużych, w kilku miejscach: przy drzwiach, w szafkach z sztućcami i w kuchni. Mieszkanie było całkowicie nienadające się do zamieszkania i nie spełnia podstawowych standardów czystości. Musieliśmy opuścić to miejsce, ponieważ warunki były niehigieniczne i niebezpieczne. Gospodarz twierdził, że była wezwana deratyzacja, ale nikt się nie pojawił, a skala problemu jasno pokazuje, że to nie była nowa sytuacja. Najgorsze jest to, że właściciel próbował zmienić daty naszej rezerwacji bez naszej zgody, prawdopodobnie po to, żeby uniknąć pełnego zwrotu pieniędzy. Booking nie otrzymał z naszej strony żadnego potwierdzenia takiej zmiany. Z zewnątrz miejsce wygląda ładnie i nowocześnie, ale mieszkanie, które otrzymaliśmy, było w stanie nieakceptowalnym. Nie polecam nikomu — zarówno ze względu na karaluchy, jak i na brak uczciwości ze strony gospodarza.

It was ok for solo traveler. Can also cater for two people. There’s a convenient store and laundry service nearby which were very helpful.

The hallway going into the rooms had a strong odor. There was were no tissue, soap or a bottle of water provided. The water pressure was great. However the towels were used and old, needs changing. There were also small cockroaches. The description of the place on booking.com does not quite fit the actual place. It is not really“near MoA” and it’s located in a street facing (or opposite) a sort of shanty type street which I did not find very attractive or “stunning”. The thing I found very frustrating during my stay there, especially in the building and Pasay generally was that the internet on my Smart sim was very low. I had to get into the condo and use the WiFi for better service.
