GBI like the fact that it uses a code to open the door rather than keys or swipe card.
This is not the owner's fault. I just do not like the fact that the lift is located only at the other side rather than two ways.
JPPHIt was nice to stay there, the owner is very responsive, the unit is clean and very accessible. Self check in is also great no hassle.

NZThis apartment was great, good communication with the owner, amazing views, minimart at the base of the base of the building, owner was very helpful and accommodating, the apartment has cooking facilities, very comfortable bed with also a great view from the bedroom.. I cannot fault this place, great value for money
There are some scam’s going on in this large apartment complex, this apartment and owner is definitely NOT one of them, coast residence is a very large apartment complex with over 300 apartments , if you book an apartment with BOOKING.COM .. and then get asked by the owner for extra money or a security deposit then its a scam.. PLEASE TRUST THIS OWNER AND APARTMENT BECAUSE IT IS NOT A SCAM no extra money was asked for and the booking was simple and easy.. what they said…. They delivered
