The location and friendly staff.

Sheets that don’t fit the bed. The bathroom was mouldy. Room small. Lots of noise from nearby rooms. Dogs barking and the smell of wet dog. Barking dogs not being controlled by owners in the restaurant. Heating hard to control. Poor quality vegan food that offered style over substance. Tasteless had better vegan food at a pub.

Access to the car park from the hotel was difficult . The weather didn’t help unfortunately.

100% plant based, comfortable cosy well decorated rooms, beautiful setting, dog friendly, delicious food and drinks & nature / walks on your doorstep. What’s not to love?? If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. Pack your bags!

"Stunning hotel in beautiful surroundings"

So beautiful! The location and the hotel is just beautiful and full of character. I booked this stay because we’re vegan so it was perfect being a plant based hotel. The food was exceptional 😍 we’re planning on our next stay!
