absolutely loved our stay, definitely recommend

Fantastic location. So easy to get to the beach. Well set up house with plenty space. We will try and stay again.

So light and airy, had a bath, very clean, lovely sheets, peaceful, great location, balcony, very warm but easy.to cool down with all the windows

Bed was very soft, upstairs ranch slider lock needs checking, petrol smell coming through bedroom window from a neighbour on a couple of the nights, but I loved the place

No one there when arrived, Was not told where key was, no answer on phone number when called. Had to ask neighbours for help

The location is great, close to the beach, Central Parade shops, and a short drive to the main Mt Maunganui shops. From the lounge room you can see Mauao. The house was clean and comfortable and the owner was helpful, unlocking the laundry door for us, and later asking if we needed access to the clothesline.

Just a suggestion - a small folding clothes rack and pegs would be useful, as, once we had washed our clothes we draped them over the outdoor furniture to dry them, as we had no access to the clothesline at that time.

Its a spacious apartment with two bed rooms. The location is perfect (near the beach) and in a quite neighborhood. It’s possible to park on sight, which is great.

Previous reviews have stated the uncomfortable double bed, cleaning and the lack of washing machine as stated in the listing. This has not been addressed properly. We tried to contact the host to get an information and we got no response.
