Some staff were great but I wasted 30 minutes on the day off checkout because there were only two trainees at the front desk and they couldn't handle the transfer of my luggage to the next hotel because they couldn't dial the number correctly. In the end I had to do it for them. We were in a hurry and lost quite a bit of time. The rooms are on the small side.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We also loved staying in this part of town - away from the hustle bustle of the city but still in access to tons of high quality restaurants.

Bluetoothの接続ができなかったこと。 シャワーがヘッドシャワーしか使用できず、説明書もなかったため、不便だった。

雰囲気が良い。 部屋の配置がいい。 オシャレ。

せっかく二条城前にあるのに木でほとんど見えない。 ベッド横の照明が触れると熱い 何故かコンセントが引き出しの中にあるので使いにくい。 化粧鏡の電気の消し方が分からない 化粧机の下のコンセント付近のホコリが多い。 電気ケトルに水が溜まっている。 トイレの鍵の立て付けが悪く調整しないと閉められなかった お風呂のバスタブ側の蛇口が浴槽側に突き出ていて危ない

The quietness, good amenities, room cleaning service

The lighting in the room is way too dark. It’s okay if you just wanna rest and do nothing in your room but other than that it’s quite depressing to be in.
