The electricity went out and no one arrived for ages so we were stuck outside our room for ages and were given no compensation. We were also woken up to someone asking us to check out, three days before our correct checkout day. The dogs next door were very loud and meant we could not comfortably sit on our balcony.

USThe location is amazing, it’s close to everywhere in Sorrento and relatively easy to find! The facilities are good! I’m actually surprised to see it in such good condition, like it’s tiny but very cozy! The furnitures are well maintained and in good conditions!
Nothing I’m unhappy about, just to make sure to contact the manager beforehand to arrange the arrival etc if you come outside of the regular hours, because they don’t always have a staff around like normal hotels do.

AUEarly check in was good, aircon is good, location is redeeming factor.
Bed would creek very loudly, watered down shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner, poor soundproofing between rooms and be warned there is a large kitchen on property completely empty including basic things such as a corkscrew, plates or cutlery. Supposedly nobody has ever asked for any form of kitchen utensil...
USThe location is perfect. It is in the city center yet when you walk in it’s nice and quiet. The rooms are great and the staff is amazing. They truly made this stay stress free.
