PLIf you’re looking for the main character energy experience in Sorrento, “La Viuzza” is your place. The terrace view? Unreal. Like, are-we-in-a-postcard kind of unreal. You sit there with a coffee and suddenly start reconsidering all your life choices that led you to not move to Italy sooner. Location? Chef’s kiss. Everything is just around the corner, unless you’re one of those people who gets lost in IKEA, then maybe… two corners. The rooms? Spotless. Spacious. So comfy I briefly considered abandoning society and starting a new life right there in the suite. Yes, the staff’s English wasn’t perfect, but let’s be honest, if you come to Italy and can’t say “grazie” without panicking, that’s on you. A few phrases in Italian go a long way, and everyone was super kind and helpful. Would I come back? Let me put it this way: I’m already mentally packing.

No cleaning of room despite being there 3 nights.
AUVery clean and comfortable. Beautiful light streaming in through the windows. Nice views. Very comfortable bed and bedding! Great location - right amongst it whilst also feeling quiet and secluded. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly host with prompt communication. Good value for money for the area. Extra inclusions of tea, coffee (with coffee maker in communal space), cakes/biscuits were a lovely touch. Would happily stay again and recommend to others!
Some ants in bathroom throughout the stay - perhaps needs some attention? Soundproofing between rooms isn’t great - could hear the guests staying next to me having a conversation at a standard volume until past 12am.
GBWe were so happy we found this little hidden gem! Honestly cannot fault it, salvatore has thought of everything and all finishings to a high standard. The location is perfect right in the center of Sorrento!

AUThe bed was very comfy Location is so central and also next to a supermarket, and close to the path to Marina Grande. I love a good balcony too and the water pressure was nice in the very clean shower. Also a huge room.
AUThe location is great - right in the middle of everything. They provided us information with tours and organised them for us. They provided water and some snacks which was a nice touch. Also a large room for 2 people and accommodated our request for 2 beds!!

USLocation perfect. Communication is all by what’s app which was great. Just know ahead of time as email wasn’t answered.
Communication ahead of stay. I sent an email which was never answered regarding directions to hotel. It would be helpful with landmarks as once we figured out where the hotel was located it was very easy getting around. Google map walking directions was not helpful. Also, know ahead of time there is an elevator from ferries. It is also close to train station. We were going around in circles to find location.
