The house has a really great layout with a pool table in the lounge making it very sociable, a large living area, good size bedrooms mostly all en-suite. Good location being only 20 mins to Bournemouth beach, perfect for a large group of friends. The host was easily contactable and was kind enough to allow us early and late check in/out.

The bar / games area is advertised in the photos - however this was shut up and not useable which was a shame. The kitchen dining table only seats 8, there were 10 of us so we had to use the garden table and chairs which wasn’t ideal . The dishwasher integrated door front has broken and when loading / unloading can be quite challenging and heavy as you have to hold the appliance and door in place to load /unload.

It was spacious and clean and lots of outside space for the Labrador to run around

The dishwasher was awkward to use

Great house with lots of space. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outdoors space would be lovely in the summer. The lounge with the big sofa and pool table is perfect for chilling with friends/family. James, the host, was very accommodative with checking-in times and very helpful with sorting out the one-off issue we had with the electrics.

The house could do with some welcoming instructions (video/audio system, bins…). It could do with some repairs, particularly in the kitchen where the broken dishwasher door seems to have been an issue for a while, and the gate which has a broken keypad. More utensils/cutlery and enough chairs for the max number of guests would also be an improvement. Finally, we had to clean the dishwasher ourselves and buy some salt because it was filthy and could not wash properly. It was clearly an oversight from the cleaners because the rest of the house was clean.

We stayed at the pines for a get together with friends. It was an amazing house very clean and very spacious. Facilites were excellent, pub within walking distance . Would definitely return

House was tastefully and comfortably furnished- it is much nicer than the pictures give justice to. The beds are comfy and it's great that each room has its own en-suite. Lots of space for 10-12 people. Plenty of parking and private/gated so felt very safe. Outside space is great too and the little goats at the end of the garden are very cute. It felt really great value for money for a large group of us celebrating a 40th birthday, cozy night in, drinks, dinner and karaoke/games. No direct neighbours so didn't need to worry about the noise. Communication and booking was great, quick and easy. Thankyou, will definitely recommend and come again!

Only thing to improve is perhaps some more kitchen utensils and cutlery. We made a cooked breakfast and there wasn't quite enough. A large hot tub in the garden would make this property 10*

Lovely big house, clean and quiet, close to new forest activities. Very suitable for big family get together.

Downstairs was freezing cold and just wouldn't get warm which was frustrating for a one evening stay. Host was nonetheless very helpful in attempting to resolve situation.

Plenty of space for all the family. Pool table was enjoyed. Well equipped kitchen. Close to Moors Valley Country Park which had plenty to do for all ages.

A cafetiere would have been nice but no problems with anything.

The property is really impressive and the host was very accommodating.
