The Pines

The facilities were excellent, loved the pool table and the kitchen and the garden space. The goats were an excellent surprise too. All of the rooms were great, and the beds were comfy, living room space was excellent for all of us. It would have been helpful to have a house guide/instructions to include where we could find things like the gate key, cleaning supplies, use the projector/speakers etc. The house was perfect for what we wanted and we would definitely come again.

A couple of very minor things were the kitchen was missing a few utensils/cups we'd normally expect, we bought and left some pint glasses for the house. The kitchen table also only had 8 chairs when the house could sleep 10 (and there were 10 of us). Check out says 11 however the cleaning team showed up just after 10:30 and hurried us out which was a shame as the rest of our stay had been excellent.

Lots of space and great place for a large group

Needs a few tweaks, dishwasher door completely broken off some areas dirty and needed cleaning when we arrived but owner very responsive and tried to put things right with no issue

Beautiful property bonus was the little goats in the field next to us! Super spacious

Space in the house, excellent bathroom facilities in every bedroom, good location. Lounge comfortable with use of pool table which was separate. Plenty of car parking space. Pub/restaurant within walking distance.

For size of house, more crockery/glasses/cutlery/utensils is needed Dishwasher and one of the tall cupboards was unstable. Some doors and windows did not lock Some more basic cleaning materials would have helped

Everything about the property was amazing. The decor, facilities, and little touches made it amazing. The landlord was really relaxed. The location was brilliant . The speakers and the tech in the house was out of this world

Nothing - could do with some locks in the bathrooms or bedrooms

Absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we had to extend our stay! This property was just a 15 minute drive away from Bournemouth beach, and the house itself is beautifully designed. Snooker table and built in speakers across the house for an enjoyable experience. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and lots of amenities provided, en-suite in all the rooms pretty much meaning no one had to wait for showers etc. Loved the homely design and the garden is huge and looks beautiful lit up at night. Lidl and Sainsburys are just down the road, and the property is secluded providing us with privacy and no one to complain about noise. Looking forwards to returning here in the near future! 11/10 stay overall :)

Be mindful of the turn in to the property as it’s off a big road with fast moving traffic and easy to miss!
