Location and security

To get assistance when there are issues. It was cold on the day, heater wasn't working and no extra blankets were provided. Tv couldn't connect to the wifi

Peaceful, great facilities and value for money

It didn't have a heater which is essential in winter but apart from that it really exceeded my expectations considering how affordable it is.
