Overall good property

Kitchen tap was broken, toilet seat was not secured properly, not what you expect in a new build. Agents were informed but did not fix the issues.

Good sized kitchen. Nice amenities.

Lights in parking area too bright inside apartment. Like daytime all night. Staff asked for any issues, but did not address them when raised.

Comfortable well equipped.

Heating erratic.Sometimes not on at all.Security at main entrance non existent ie door doesn't lock.

Check in was one of the smoothest check ins we have ever had with Air B n B. The apartment was nicely decorated and made you feel very much at home.... Lovely fully equipped kitchen. Lovely big windows and the fact that there was a car park, made things a lot easier. Just 5 mins. walk from the quaint village of Heswall.

The blinds were very nice on the windows, however I thing maybe some sort of curtain or something should be put there so that you are able to have light and see outside but people cannot see you.

A hair dryer would have been useful.

We didn’t have breakfast included, but the kitchen was fully equipped to make a meal . I made food using the oven and toaster and the kettle to make a nice cup of tea or coffee. The flat was nice and quiet , no problem with noise at nighñ

I thought the bedding would have been a better quailty, at least it would have been ironed

Very clean and tidy. Modern.

Arrival instructions were incomplete to such an extend we couldn’t find the keys. We had to contact the out of hours team twice to get the information. They took time in obtaining the info. Fire doors being propped open and and ill-fitting Apartment was unlocked when we arrived. Concern over security especially as we have young children. Discovered packets of Silica gel in the TV cupboard. Dangerous hazard for children
