No había agua caliente, wifi lento, cucarachas en el baño, y mala actitud y atención por parte de recepción en general.

La posizione è ottima, a 50 metri dal mare, l’unico problema è che essendo proprio sulla strada, la sera è un pochino rumoroso

Die Einrichtung sah optisch sehr gut aus und die Lage war super.

Wir und viele andere Gäste hatten kein warmes Wasser beim Duschen. Wir haben das während unseren ganzen Aufenthalt mehrmals bemängelt, das Problem wurde jedoch nicht behoben. Zudem verstopfte sich das WC sehr schnell, bereits am ersten Tag. Wir mussten das WC selber entstopfen, obwohl das Hotel zunächst eine Hausunterhaltsfirma beauftragt hatte.

The rooms were beautifully designed.

We booked a room with two double beds in this 4-star hotel with a pool in the city center. When we arrived, we were told our room was under maintenance. The only options offered were to move to a 3-star hotel without a pool, or take a small double room with an extra bed… with no compensation. The first room was damp, with mold and cockroaches. The next day, after complaining about our terrible night, we were moved to a bigger room but there was no hot water. When we asked for an extra bed, the receptionist said we should either sleep three in one double bed, or put a mattress on the floor ourselves. For every request, the receptionist said he had to check with the manager first, which made everything even more complicated. He also explained that our booking was actually for an “annex” outside the city center, which was never mentioned in the listing. We had specifically chosen this hotel for its location, so this was very misleading.

La connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres mais accesible au niveau de la piscine Idéalement il faudrait mettre à disposition des voyageurs des accessoires utiles comme un sèche cheveux et un fer à repasser.

La ubicación esta exelente ,las habitaciones muy espaciosas y el personal muy amable

Que el aire acondicionado no servia y nos cobraron un deposito inesperado de $1,000 pesos Aunque nos los regresaron en el momento de nuestro checkout pero no me lo mencionaron en el proceso de mi reservation. Pero por lo demas todo esta muy genial tanto como el personal y la ubicación exelente.
