Struttura bellissima, camera grande e spaziosa. Molto pulita e davvero vicinissima alla spiaggia.

Mancano un po’ di servizi in camera come asciuga capelli e frigo, a mio avviso non fondamentali. Ma il disagio più grande è che in camera il segnale del Wifi non prende, in un isola dove la ricezione è inesistente, il Wifi in hotel è fondamentale.

Avevamo una stanza molto bella e silenziosa con letto King size super comodo. La struttura e' moderna, pulita e vicinissima alla spiaggia e al centro. Il personale molto gentile, professionale. Lo consiglio

La piscine trop froide

It’s too close to the main party area, the noise from the musicians and loud music all night long got annoying

Perfect position close to the beach and in the center of holbox. The staff was super friendly. The receptionist helped us to organise our three island tour and gave us all the necessary information. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The shower drain was a bit smelly but I think it is due to the island sewage system rather than the hotel itself. Would be good if a cover for the drain is provided in the room.

La chambre était impressionnante/magnifique et propre (nous avions la grande suite) ! La piscine était agréable et le personnel accueillant. L’emplacement est idéal ! A 100m de la plage et placé au centre de la ville avec plein de restaurants tout près.

Manque d’équipement : pas de sèche-cheveux, pas d’eau dans la chambre, pas de serviette pour les mains, pas de frigo. Même si la chambre était propre, la tuyauterie/canalisations sentait mauvais. Finalement, la route en face était assez bruyante.
