The staff were really lovely and helpful. Every morning we came out to find that our car had been washed. A special detail that meant a lot.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and AC for hot nights. Nice breakfast.

Pool had lots of chemicals the first day and was green the next. (We liked that it had a section for younger kids)

This place is so beautiful! And the staff are all so kind and helpful. They helped us arrange our activities booked for us and and got us transport there. The apartment was very clean and anything you need the staff is ready to assist. You definitely won't regret.

Os funcionários do lodge foram muito prestativos, especialmente o Tadiwa, Gabriela, estou muito grato pela vossa atenção. A localização é boa. O pequeno almoço também estava muito bom. A internet WIFI atendeu minhas expectativas. Tive assistencia de taxi sempre que quis passear. Recomendaram me bons restaurantes.

O quarto nao tinha TV, a casa de banho não tinha porta, uma vez que tínhamos quarto familiar com as crianças ficou constrangedor partilharmos quarto com casa de banho sem porta, mas felizmente o TADIWA foi compreensível e providenciou um quarto para meu filho mais velho.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Went out of their way to make sure everything was okay. Breakfast was very good. Taxis available and walking distance to grocery store and downtown.

Elliot and Tawanda were excellent, very attentive and will do anything for their guests. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was OK too. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious, aircon really cool for those hot summer afternoons.

Checked in on a Friday No hot water for shower on the Sat, Sun mornings, had to shower with cold water apparently the gas had ran out, no water at all on Monday morning although it was quickly restored. Given the inconvenience suffered I thought management would meet us halfway when we asked for a late checkout for our 2 rooms but No, we coughed up an extortionate $40 per room for an extra 2 hours stay. I feel the management is money driven whereas the staff genuinely care more about their guests. Management 3/10, staff 9/10. Would I stay or recommend to my friend? No I would probably explore other options because there are plenty others.
