Mopani Lodge Victoria Falls

Bellissima struttura, molto comoda per visitare sia Victoria Falls che il parco delle Cascate Vittoria. Staff estremamente gentile. Ci è stato organizzato anche un transfer dall’aeroporto. Colazione molto buona, servita nel cortile fuori.

Personal muy amable, habitaciones con cama muy cómoda, desayuno buenísimo, facilidad para coger taxi para ir al pueblo. Se está muy a gusto.

The staff were amazing and were very attentive and helpful. The breakfasts were very tasty and there was plenty to eat.

My first night was in one of the rooms that still needed to be renovated and it was by the entrance door to all the rooms so there was lots of damp on the walls with paint and plaster pealing off and where the room was situated it was VERY noisy as I heard everyone coming to and going from their rooms as they went past my room. I expressed my discontent and they were very good at offering me alternative accommodation for my remaining 4 nights and that was brilliant.

Mopani Lodge is a great accommodation and secure. The staff were amazing. Tanaka and Tawanda made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the day we left. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Made us feel like we are family. Great communication via Watsapp, so we were up to date with what is happening. The rooms were clean with modern features. The bed was so comfortable. Was surprised when our car was washed the next day at no cost as we had travelled a dusty road. They even offered to wash inside at no extra charge. Tanaka and Tawanda made us a great itinerary for things to do in Victoria Falls and were on hand to help us book at Boma restaurant as it quickly fills up. They managed to get us a table for 6 booked at Boma restaurant on short notice after it was sold out on all other platforms. The location is great and close to all major attractions. I couldn't recommend Mopani Lodge enough. Very clean and breakfast was delicious and filling.

Personal muy amable, nos ayudó a contratar excursiones y traslados. Tuvieron el detalle de prepararnos el desayuno para llevar porque salíamos temprano para estar a primera hora en las Cataratas Victoria.

Le bruit car le lodge accueillait pendant notre séjour un groupe de jeunes élèves qui sont partis très tôt (bruit fort de 4h à 6h du matin)

Le personnel était très à l'écoute des clients, très souriant, très agréable. Ils ont fait tout pour qu'on puisse visiter et apprécier les chutes de Victoria, pour qu'on puisse manger dans des restaurants excellents avec des vues remarquables, avoir des animations avec des chants, des danses, des percussions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner anglais, le jardin, la lumière, le toit de chaume, les plafonds hauts. Nous avions une chambre à l'étage.

L'eau solaire était froide le matin, il fallait prendre les douches l'après-midi ou le soir. En hiver les soirées sont froides et la piscine aussi.
