1.Location of the property is 4mins walk from Newquay train station. 2. Room is spacious ,clean moreover the en-suite toilet and bathroom was also big. 3. Barry was very hospitable,never seen a host like him. I’m gonna definitely visit again before this summer ends.

Checkin is 3pm which I didn’t like. If they could change the checkin time to 12 pm that would be lovely.

"Worth it that's all"

The location was excellent The bed was amazing The room itself was large and great for the price The staff as little as I saw them were nice

Issues with the shower, the button got stuck but was fixed quickly The shower was quite confusing to use The shower had very poor water pressure One toilet didn't have a tap

Fabulous location - so close to the beach and lovely coffee places. Felt safe and welcomed as a solo traveller.

The room was extremely hot. When I walked in it was like a sauna. The doors could’ve been opened prior and the curtains drawn to eliminate this. A fan was provided but it had a bright blue light so I really didn’t get much sleep. There were no windows to open, only doors which led onto an open roof with no sides and with my dog with me I couldn’t leave these open without having her on a lead. The room did not have a private onsuite and you had to walk out of the room to use the bathroom so not much privacy. WiFi wasn’t great. TV was really slow and took 3 minutes to catch up with any button pressed.

"Clean and comfortable"

Clean and very comfortable place, with welcoming person. The location close to railway station and to zoo. The bathroom was very big, room was very shiny, clean and no noise can be heard. We sleep well.

Check in time a bit later (15:00).but likely we could came early morning and left our bags

The bathroom was not en-suite, but shared with others. The tv was not connected to any normal channels, such as bbc and itv, so I did not use it.

Lack of en-suite bathroom.
