The place was clean and all the facilities in a quiet nice, lovely place. If we came back again over here will be in this excellent place.

well organised, flexible and easy to approach hosts. excellent communication. helpful as well. room - very clean and no missing equipment, everything working and plenty of coffee. good value. Highly recommend! ps. if I come back to town it will be this place to stay again.

just one thing: access to bathroom's basin/sink is a bit difficult - not wide enough, but I am a big bloke so not so bad. no other issues.

We were so unhappy with the room/service we left without staying.

The only way to get fresh air into the room was to open French doors onto a flat roof. The photos of the room are misleading—the curtains are drawn to conceal the windows and flat roof. There was a smokers chair in the front with a small open container of cigarette butts. And the stairs needed a good vacuum.

Everything

was very nice and comfortable with main toiletries needed and any extra upon request, bathroom was beautiful although the hot and cold labels incorrect,😂 nothing major though. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.
