Sesatha lake Kandy

非常糟糕！wifi不能用，经常停电且蚂蚁很多，床垫能感觉到弹簧。住了四天，他说只有第一天提供免费的水。 一共9个房间，共用3个路由器。 1. 住了四晚，老板不但一直没有解决wifi问题，还嫌我订的是特价房，难道特价房就不配拥有使用wifi的权利了吗？ 而且他们的三个wifi都超级慢，我都试了，员工说他们老板规定他们酒店的wifi仅限于聊天，就连最基本的看视频都满足不了。 2. 都2026年了，我不明白为什么还不能在你们国家使用上稳定的wifi。他开始哭诉他挣不到钱，wifi很贵，但是你是开酒店的，如果连一个wifi的钱都挣不出来的话，我觉得是否考虑可以关店呢？ 3. 我身为外国人，我是来旅游，不是为了生气的，我希望我的旅程一切都顺利且开心。但他说他们是小酒店，不是奢华酒店。那么如果你们酒店不提供wifi，完全可以写上不提供wifi。我去青旅都有稳定高速的wifi，难道青旅会比你们贵吗？ 4. 我是一位内容创作者，一切计划和心情都被他们打乱了。他们完全没有替顾客考虑，一直在强调挣不到钱，一句道歉的话都没有。也没有具体的解决方案，一直浪费我的时间，消耗我的情绪，耽误我网上办公。人都是相互的，既然你没有尊重我这个客人，那我给你写差评也是理所应当的。 除此以外，房间很多蚂蚁，还有不知名虫子出没，经常停电，白天平均一小时停电一次。如果都能接受可以来探险。

Comfortable and clean!

A lovely hotel with kind and welcoming staff. (I attached another room’s photo with balcony)

Good location about a 10/15 mins walk into main parts of Kandy and temple of tooth relic. Good view of the lake from rooms.

Property wasn’t the cleanest and found a huge cockroach in the shower. Is ok for a one night stopover though for the price you pay!

Big good looking room with a walk in closet.. Comfortable beds. Not far from main road and walkable to city center. Looks like in the photos

You coud see it was cleaned a while ago and then some time passed until we stayed: there was what looked like geko excrements on the walls and a very big dead cockroach. And a lot of ants. No lake view for this room but some view and there's some noise when cars pass.
