Fantastic hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The view is stunning. Totally recommended 🤩

Lovely view and large room with good bathroom. Staff always around to help and nice balcony with a view of the lake.

Short walk to the main city, uphill on the way back. But no issues for active visitors.

Property was in a great location the room was very clean good facilities and the staff were very welcoming and helpful

Pur essendo una bella posizione, essendo in alto non è comoda da raggiungere a piedi ma con un tuk tuk il problema è risolto

Everything. When we arrived, staff told us there’s no room available. Later they said they won’t cancel our reservation. Don’t book it.

Property is a short walk to kandy city which made it a great base The guy who I think is an assistant to the hotel was super helpful when we had a a few issues The room was big and had more than enough space for the two of us

There were a lot of ants in our room, all around the bed and in the bathroom The assistant or the hotel made to attended to it promptly with bug spray but had to come back again for more. Was a bit in settling to be in bed having ants climb on you

The room was updated and clean with nice balcony not fancy but very adequate

It was at the top of a hill but easy to get a cheap tuk tuk

We liked the room we stayed in; it was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep here. The shower had decent pressure and was in a separate room to the toilet and hand basin. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the Kandy bus stand.

We had two drivers in Kandy and both had trouble finding the hotel, and the road leading up to it is quite narrow. This may be an issue on Google Maps, but it's just something to bear in mind. Better signage would be helpful.
