Location is a bit difficult to find. Wifi is not turned on during heavy rain.

Mitten in Kandy am Hügel gegenüber dem Zahntempel, echt coole Lage. Fussläufig ist die Stadt schnell erreichbar.

Im Moment wird das Hotel von den neuen Besitzern renoviert und bekommt dann einen neuen Namen. Der Frühstücksraum existiert nicht so wie auf den Bildern, es gibt keinen Blick.

Hôtel idéalement situé à 10-15 minutes à pied du centre ville, du lac et du temple de la dent. Hôte très gentil et chambre spacieuse et moderne ! Nous recommandons !

Bed is ok

Original we booked the room with balcony, but when we check in at the evening, the reception told us the room is not available due to no hot water and arranged the ground floor room. However, I checked outside of the house, all rooms’ lighting are on. That mean the reception tell lies to me and I requested to discuss with his in charge Person name Vincent immediately. We discussed over the phone why he gave our room to other? He could give me the answer and said that only the ground floor room is available at that evening. We have no choice to move into the room but I negotiated with Mr Vincent to give us discount in order to compensation our loss. In addition, the toilet seat cover is broken and hot water is slow and not hot enough. I only can say is little warm water. Although we booked the hotel is for one night, the hotel is required to provide what we booked room. Moreover, I found another dishonest matter for this hotel, another visitor arrived and moved to upper floor with balcony. According to me bad experience, I would request Booking.com to follow up my complaint case and black list this hotel.
