GBThe room was excellent, with plenty of tea and coffee making facilities, the bathroom had a huge walk in shower, the room was clean and tidy, a small fridge was provided in the room and also a small fan. The village of foxton where the "Shoulder of Mutton " is located is a quite rural area with lots of canal side walks. The pub part of the hotel has a good range of beers and spirits, and the food served is of a very hight restaurant standard, the food was amazing and highly recommend. We will definitely be going back for another stay.

I was staying during the heatwave so the room was very warm, the bed had a heavy tog winter duvet which was far too warm, a sheet and thin blanket would have been much better

GBWe had a very comfortable stay in a lovely location. Our evening meal was superb (all 3 whole courses!!) and the staff were all very accommodating of my partner's allergies to gluten and dairy. Breakfast was also wonderful! Thank you for a lovely stay - we'll definitely be back.
Everything was great. If I was being picky, the beds were a little creaky! But it didn't prevent me from having a good night's sleep :)
