Great location , best book on things to do and the property we saw on the trip . Nice that there was tea milk and sugar available when we arrived

Shower was very slippery. A bit small for us

The apartment was clean and although super noisy in the daytime, it was quiet at night.

I thought the pictures looked a lot better than the apartment itself. The shower door was broken and kept coming off when sliding it. The water pressure was too low in the shower, the fridge was tiny, the broom was the smallest I have ever seen and it was useless. The boiler ran out of water real fast, the bathroom was very small, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the phone coverage was very weak because the apartment is in a courtyard. I thought the rates were quite high for this small studio which clearly used to be an office space and has now been converted into a studio. There is no parking to use but the apartment is facing the courtyard which is also a parking area for all the business owners and residents in the building. It was very noise in the daytime. Delivery guys ringing the loud intercom systems, delivery trucks and cars coming and going constantly and people in the courtyard talking loud. There is also a private parking behind the studio where cars pulled up all the time and people were screaming and shouting. Not to mention the traffic to and from the courthouse next to the studio. The furniture was old and cheap, no curtains only blinds, there were 2 beds (a double and a single) in the small studio so they took up most of the space. The neighbors in front were very noisy. Slamming their door, calling their cat, talking with the other neighbors etc. Almost like they thought they were the only ones living there! I would not book again as this set up did not work for me. It felt like an industrial estate. The communication could also have been better. I asked the host a question prior to my arrival about the courtyard, she never answered my question. Had I known the entrance to the studio was in a courtyard/car park, I would never have booked. The studio was not as close to town as I had expected. Sadly I shall not be back.

Great apartment. All very clean, modern and exactly what it says on the tin!

Nothing to dislike! There is no parking and it is a very short walk to the local car park but this came as no surprise as the commutation from the owners is excellent before your arrival.

The location is good for Exeter city centre and only a short walk to both train stations,nice and quiet

Great location! Easy access to apartment with good communication from the owner. Small but met all of our needs. Coffee was appreciated and a nice touch. Would stay there again.

No dryer but we did laundry and hung clothes to dry on towel drying rack. Did not have a car but if we did I am not sure where you would park.

I loved staying at Studio Riley, the studio is 10 minutes from the center, shopping malls, supermarkets and pubs. The studio is very clean, well organized, with everything you need inside, very comfortable bed to rest on, they were wonderful with me letting me check in early which helped me a lot with my work, very safe, with cameras in all external areas and the owners are kind and do not invade your privacy, you feel like being in your own home, I will definitely return soon, I recommend it to everyone!
