"A nice place to stay near the centre of Exeter"

Belongs to a nice couple who live upstairs. They respond quickly to requests. Microwave, washing machine, two beds...

Induction cooker. I needed the landlady to turn it on. When you arrive, get the landlady's or landlord's WhatsApp number to avoid going through the booking.com app.

Everything was 100%. Not just clean but the extra touches were very appreciated. Communication was again spot on. Location perfect. I’m literally the fussiest person ever and I couldn’t fault it. I come to Exeter a couple of times a year and this will now be my go to. Perfect hosts. Thank you

"Great central location and lovely new apartment"

The property is a short walk from the town centre and the quay area. We were visiting Exeter with our daughter who was visiting the Uni. The property was ideal for this trip and we'll use again.

There was no parking at the apartment. However we found free overnight parking on the road opposite so this wasn't an issue. There are also two other car parks nearby.

Great location, flat is very well equiped and clean, good value for money.

The water pressure and temperature of the shower needs to be checked.

Very clean. Could heat my food. Very nice shower Good heating Very spacious and comfortable. Great facilities.

I couldn't lower the blinds. Perhaps a curtain is better.
