CHCHDie Lage war super, das Zimmer sehr süss eingerichtet und die Besitzer sind ultranett! Würde sofort wieder ins Casa Rosa.
GBCasa Rosa is in a good location as it is only a short walk to the main street and attractions. The accommodation was very clean and the owners very helpful.

Le manque de propreté. Nettoyage de la chambre fait 1 fois à ma demande. Les draps n'ont pas été changés durant les 8 nuits de location. Les serviettes de toilette 1 fois à ma demande. La clé de notre chambre ouvrait aussi la chambre voisine par " magie" c'est ce qui m'a été repondu, on devait changer la serrure le lendemain et ça n'a pas été fait. Quichenette commune avec une autre chambres, peu équipée...belle plaque de cuisson mais pas de casserole. Bouilloire très entartree que j'ai detartree avec du vinaigre. Poubelle de la quichenette vidée à ma demande. Pas de bouteille d'eau et de mouchoirs à notre arrivée. Abattant du wc bringueballant et écoulement de la douche défectueux nécessitant des douches rapides pour éviter les débordements. Parking de l'hôtel est une décharge d'ordures à ciel ouvert.
FRPas de petit déjeuner mais accès à un coin cuisine. Emplacement bien situé très proche du centre historique. Possibilité de stationner à proximité gratuitement.
Dommage que le coin-cuisine soit sous équipé, des couverts supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus ainsi qu'une ou deux casseroles, présence de feux de cuisson mais pas d'ustensiles de cuisson. Pas de cafetière pour les personnes qui boivent du café. La propreté du sol laisse à désirer.
DEThe view was just amazing. My room on the third floor has a five star view, better than climbing to the Cathedral! You can also go to the roof top where there are tables and chairs to enjoy the view. The room was spacious and very clean! It exceeded what I have imagined. The owner was very responsive and kind. I think they live downstairs. There is also a very new elevator! The location is very convenient, where you can reach almost every touristic places by foot (10 minutes). There are also ACs (although I didn't find the remote control)
While it is situated in a small ally, some local neighbors can be very loud. I suggest to wear ear plugs during the night. The kitchen has a stove, but cooking food is not allowed. So if you want to buy fresh seafood and vegetables to make by yourself, this is not the place for you. But then there are plenty of tasty places to try out in Palermo.
