Casa Rosa

Well worth paying the extra for the suite with the balcony with a balcony and view of the Duomo. The suite was reminiscent of staying in a palazzo! Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Bialetti coffee pot. Rooftop terrace was nice. Casa Rosa is well located just a short distance from the Duomo, with a good restaurant almost next door, and everything Palermo has to offer within a short walk. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Huge rooms, unbelievable view, super nice owner, nicely decorated, elevator, rooftop terrace, very clean.

Area is not the best, although its only 5 minutes to the lovely Cathedrale area, and very central so can't complain! Mattresses could be upgraded,

La limpieza general del entorno. Las calles de Palermo en general muy poco cuidadas y sucias!

The apartment is in a great location, really close to the cathedral, and the view from the bedroom balcony is amazing. It’s a beautiful space with lots of character — the original features and antique furniture give it a really unique feel. Michel, one of the hosts, was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived.

That said, there were a few things that made the stay less comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there, though they did bring us some fans, and the repair team came the next day. Unfortunately, after the repair, the other host accused us of breaking it, she was very aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable. She even followed us back upstairs to have a second round of confrontation. We also found the key to our door had been left in the lock between the engineer leaving and us returning. There were also no hangers in the huge wardrobes, and the curtains didn’t block much light — so if you're not an early riser, bring an eye mask. It’s a central location too so not super quiet. The only bin is in the bathroom.

Está situado en pleno centro histórico de Palermo. Es un edificio totalmente renovado. Las estancias son espaciosas y el aire acondicionado funciona bastante bien

Lo peor las escaleras del edificio. Quisimos usarlas para bajar desde el tercero para evitar el ascensor y fue un gran error. Es una escalera de caracol diminuta con los escalones que terminan en un hueco. De hecho, mi mujer se cayó al introducir por error el pie en es hueco y el resultado heridas y magulladuras por todo el cuerpo. Tras en incidente hubiéramos agradecido algo más de interés por parte de los propietarios. Por supuesto que no volvimos a usar las escaleras.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, ein grosszügiges Zimmer, eigentlich ein Apartment. Unschlagbar die fussläufige Lage zu allen Sehenswürdikeiten und ein sicherer Parkplatz ganz nah und kostenfrei! Genial!

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Francesca et Toni. Le logement était propre et calme. Son emplacement est idéal (pour visiter à pied et découvrir cette ville aux multiples visages, ses monuments et son insalubrité☹️☹️☹️).

Il faudrait mettre des rideaux opaques pour ne pas être réveillé à 5h30 du matin. Dommage ! Ainsi qu'un torchon et un essui main. La vue de la terrasse était belle d'un côté mais de l'autre, il faudrait la cacher. Il manque des parasols pour profiter de cette terrasse.
