Friendly but professional, lovely size room and the bed was comfy. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Nice breakfast.

The green fire exit light in the bedroom. It was so bright you need a eye mask to make it dark. I understand it is needed for safety but it lit up the whole room

meals were very good and the staff were very accommodating , the bed was clean and lots of cushions , pillows were good and comfortable. Lovely heated towel rail and shower was good too , room was spacious nice big TV

the church clock going off every hour upto midnight then continuous throughout early hours of the morning so woke up more tired, the toilet did not flush every time. No hairdryer a small thing but normally in every hotel room

Sunday lunch/carvery delicious and good value. Breakfast amazing! All food freshly prepared and served. Fantastic value for money.
