The parking was easy and convenient.

The elevator wasn't functioning so I had to access my room via the steps. The hot water was the coolest I have experienced. The temperature on the hot water heater needs increased.

Toilet seat was dirty, thank God I had Clorox wipes. Bath tub was worse, looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks literally dirt ring. When I closed the bathroom door, it was disgusting some type of red stains behind it. I couldn’t bring myself to shower in it, that’s how bad it was. I had to sleep on only the fitted sheets because there were hairs over the top sheet. The only good thing was the heating and WiFi. My only solace was I was there just for a few hours ( from about 3am until check out at 11). It was 100 for the stay, I didn’t expect a 5 star but at least a 2 star and clean.

Decent location. Easy checkin, easy parking. Friendly staff

My god the walls are paper thin. Do not stay here if your intention is a restful night's sleep. I stayed here before the Pitt marathon, and was listening to trash music blared through a cheap as speaker from multiple neighbors until after 1am. Wish the staff would enforce the quiet signs they put up. Wont be back unless it's to party

Unprofessional unpredictable and dirty.

Price was cheap I could find Near train station /park and rides 3 locations within few min drive. Liked it got garage and room codes prior to arrival so I could park and go to room. Lady who set up my codes and text me info was VERY NICE

Bed was broken down middle was huge dip in it. Only 2 pillows one per person and very flat ones. Parking garage way way way to small if your not a skilled driver good luck it's tight very tight
