"Super friendly, great location!"

10.0

Super friendly reception, I stayed with my son with plans to go to Skomer but the ferries were cancelled at the last minute. The hosts were so friendly and offered alternative ideas for the day, and we were able to help feed the lambs too. We'll definitely be back again soon! Thank you so much! xx

"Nice location for a good price"

8.0

Convenient location, for a good price. The views are really pretty as well. It was very quiet while we were there. The cabin is quite small with a bed, table and a few chairs. There is also a kettle. For toilets and showers you have to go to a different building. We enjoyed our stay, especially enjoying our cuppa while sitting outside and watching the sea.

There is no heating which is fine if you are staying in warmer months, we stayed at the end of April, and we were fine. Maybe a small fridge could be nice. Toilets and showers are in a different area, could probably use a bit of cleaning, but it was okay. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of description how to find the place. There is none. According to the map it’s in the centre of the village so we asked a guy by the house there who told us we were second that week asking! He told us to go to the cricket club where there should hopefully be another sign. There wasn’t. So we asked again and eventually we found it. So for anybody else, go to the cricket club, and by the toilets take the right turning (if you are coming from the village). It’s at the end of the road on the left side.

"Very good"

8.0

Even though the cabins are on a working farm, the host was welcoming & couldn't have been more helpful & the sites, sounds & smells of farmlife add to the experience. The cabin was cozy, clean, dry & the bed was very comfortable. On a clear day, the view is excellent. The facilities were clean & well kept. Getting back to the basics & simplicity of life was very refreshing. The village is only a short drive, or walk away if a visit to the pub is planned.

The Welsh weather was it's unpredictable self of course.

"Passable"

5.0

The staff were nice, and the shepherds hut was cosy but if you’re afraid of spiders then I wouldn’t recommend, lots of them dotted around the shepherds hut!

Everything was going really well, had a good nights sleep and the people who owned the place were really welcoming and accommodating, but.. their dog, who was supposed to be chained up at all times somehow got loose and barked and growled at us whilst following us back to the sheperds hut (we shut ourselves in there out of fear, it was very scary, it was a big dog)

"Freedom and Nature"

10.0

I stayed here for three nights and loved it. I wanted to get away from it all, and I certainly did that! It's a working farm with friendly farm hands, a lady called Rose running things, and three lovely dogs. Very convenient to Marloes Sands Beach and the town of Milford Haven for the shops. The cabin on wheels was great fun and cosy.

Bear in mind that this is a kind of "camping" experience... I loved the freedom and nature and will certainly return, but it's not for everyone...
