It is a modern, cosy and comfortable accommodation with a great shower and excellent A/C system.

The electronic keypad on the main door didn't work, so I had to open the blackbox safer all the time to get in to the apartment. TV was not working hence I couldn't watch any national channels, they weren't not installed.

Loved this studio apt with its little balcony. Levanto is a lovely little town away from the craziness of Cinque Terre but still easy to day trip to any of the Cinque Terre villages by train or ferry. A must do, is rent a bicycle and ride the old train line north, one of the best days we had in Italy. The studio itself is not spacious but its very comfortable. There is no real kitchenette but it has a fridge and coffee machine so we bought cold food and sat on the balcony for lunch (there is a very comfortable balcony with a table and chairs). You could of course get takeaway and do the same. Lots of nice, not too touristy cafes and restaurants near by. Very close to train station and a short walk to the beach.

It wasn't easy to contact the staff (its run by a company/hospitality group rather than a private owner). It would have been good if there was access to a washing machine. It looks like the apartments have laundry rooms in the basement but this was not available to guests.

Everything in the room was clean and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the usb ports in the outlets. Very nice toiletries, including shampoo.

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Nicely decorated. So near the station but quiet. Nice balcony and brilliant café across the road .

The check-in on line was quite time consuming and complicated. And so were all the codes etc to get in ! The key operated lift and "4th floor" description rather confusing too But all in all the room was so comfy and convenient it was okay.

the location of this apartment is one of the best for visiting cinqua terre. a few minutes walk and you are at the station. the room is very clean and exactly as on the photos. we had a change in the trip and the owners kindly agreed to refund us for one night
