The room was clean and comfy

Room not ready at 3pm (check-in time defined by the property) but at 4:30pm. Despite this the owner doesn’t let us check out at 11 instead of 10 o clock. She was not flexible at all.

The interior, shower, bath and the supplies (teas, coffees). Everything was great.

The room was good, clean and up to what we where expecting. I can recommend this to anyone. Location is perfect.

Being able to use the elevator. Having said that, it was a good workout to carry the suitcases up the stairs.

Modern place, close to the train station and close to the city centre of Levanto as well. Perfect place to stay for a few days hiking in Cinque Terre taking the cheap trains back and forth from the smaller cities. Good aircondition and sound/light isolation of the windows.

Make sure to check your SMS/Whatsapp for check in instructions on the day of arrival if you haven't already received instructions and codes for doors etc.

Newly renovated and close to the train station, our stay here was enjoyable. We drove and found plenty of paid street parking where we could safely leave our car for the duration of our stay. We were also walking distance from all restaurants and beach which made it easy to enjoy the area. All the furnishings within the apartment are new and nice. Our contact assisted us promptly with check in and was always available throughout our stay.

Unfortunately when we arrived there was mould on the dining table and the bed sheets felt damp from the moisture in the apartment. We alerted our contact and they helped organise the sheets to be changed the next day and was very responsive which was great. Other than that, the apartment was a good stay.
