FLH Porto Clérigos Luxury Apartments

Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Very spacious and light.

No hooks anywhere for coats and especially towels! (this seems to be the case in nearly every hotel or accommodation we stay in why???). Only a few hangers in both bedrooms. No toilet roll holders in all 3 of the toilets. No normal glasses in the kitchen and no saucepans, etc... One of the blinds in the living room not working (they did know and were waiting for it to be fixed!). Only one cushion on the sofa and not super comfortable.

It is clean, comfortable and nice and big.

I expected at least some shower gel and hand soap. Was a sleep over for one night.

The location was excellent and within walking distance. Construction outside but that seemed to be in a few areas in the city so no fault of the property. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Would have loved to have a second key. Safe apartment and area.

Only one key we didn't ask for a second so not sure if it was possible. Especially as we had 2 couples and some wanted to stay out later than others. Smell in the lift was not pleasant bad sewerage not sure if it was due to works outside. The sofa in the living area not comfortable and did notice a few flaws.

Rumore e schiamazzi notturni perché su una via trafficata. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la tapparella da notte che era rotta in camera , abbiamo dovuto aggiustarla da soli , mi hanno technician nel weekend , per una struttura turistica questo è inaccettabile . Siamo rimasti con la tapparella Chiusa due giorni perché non si tirava più su

El apartamento es tal como aparece descrito y en las fotografías: Moderno, muy bien localizado y con 2 habitaciones en suite con los baños incorporados y otro baño de cortesía. Gran localización. La localización es inmejorable, en el centro de la ciudad, con acceso a pie a todos las vistas importantes (librería, catedral, ayuntamiento, ponte do ferro, etc) con un parking cercano.

El WIFI es muy mejorable. Se desconecta continuamente.

Excelente localização geográfica, perto das zonas históricos como de comércio. Apartamento bastante amplo e confortável .

Falta suportes para toalhas Os caixilhos poderiam ter melhor insonorização, pois trata-se de uma rua de calçada e bastante movimentada por veículos durante dia e noite..

La situación era perfecta, estaba limpísimo, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas , tenía un aseo extra y la persona que nos atendió encantadora y amabilísima

Pequeñeces… la verdad, falta de menaje, la cafetera no funcionaba bien, los mandos de la calefacción no iban ( lo arreglaron enseguida) y echamos de menos en las duchas donde apoyar las toallas, nada significativo
