Assenza di personale alla reception. Constatare che l'addetto alle pulizie vive in una minuscola stanza senza finestre, umida e assolutamente non agibile

De douchekop moet je vasthouden om te douchen. We waren wat later voor het ontbijt en de scrabble eggs waren op, konden ook niet meer zomaar aangevuld worden.

Posizione un po' decentrata ma molto tranquilla. Vicino a fermata di pullman e tram che ti portano a pochi passi dalla città vecchia (due fermate). Stanza molto ampia con frigo, phon, bollitore, distributore di acqua nel corridoio appena fuori dalla camera, saponette e bagno schiuma, buona colazione internazionale nell'hotel vicino, a pochi passi, possibilità di parcheggio in struttura o nelle immediate vicinanze. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la moquette in camera.

Interieur wirkt sehr prunkvoll. WLAN funktionierte gut. Kontakt über den messenger funktionierte gut.

In dem hotel bei 2 nächten haben wir nie jemanden gesehen, der ansprechbar war. Die Rezeption war leer. Man konnte ohne Schlüssel oder Code in das hotel hineingehen. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Eingang, wodurch es sehr laut war, wenn jemand das hotel betrat. Leider war das "Deluxe" Zimmer sehr unsauber. Das Bett war absolut durchgelegen, das Laken löste sich ständig von der Matratze. Das Zimmer ließ sich nur mit Mühe von innen abschließen. Das Bad war sehr unsauber, es waren noch Reste in der Toilette und am Wasserhahn, zusätzlich schimmel, heraushängende Kabel und Schläuche. Das Frühstück haben wir aufgrund der Umstände nicht wahrgenommen, da es auch nicht im hotel war. Leider Scam.

I stayed here for 3 nights with a friend, and this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Europe. Not once during our stay did we see a single staff member. Instead, there was a piece of paper at the front that read, “Reception is not working. Call the phone number.” We called. No one answered. This hotel was not advertised as contactless, so the absence of any staff or support cannot be justified. If anything had gone wrong — and a lot did — we had no one to turn to. No one came to take out the trash or change our towels in 3 days. We were each given just one towel for everything — body, hair, hands, etc. This might be fine for one night, but not for a multi-night stay. We also ran out of toilet paper — only half a roll was provided on arrival, and no one replenished it. The listing said the room had a coffee machine. What we found was two 3-in-1 instant coffee sachets placed in mugs and a kettle. That’s it. No refills, nothing else during our stay. Honestly misleading. Room #5 had a very strange and unsettling feature — an extra door that opened into a dusty, dark, attic-like space leading onto part of the roof. It was covered in bags and grime. We didn’t step inside, but seriously — what the hell? No explanation, no lock, just an open, creepy space right inside the room. The bed was a nightmare — short (anyone over 175 cm would be very uncomfortable) and it produced a symphony of creaks and squeaks every time we moved. Restful sleep? Not here. Even at 160 cm tall, my friend had to crouch or sit to shower. The ceiling is too low to stand upright, and water splashes everywhere because of the awkward setup. Same food every day: boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, some chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and paprika, Lidl-brand yogurt, and cornflakes, a few bananas and apples, 2 types of pastries (I assume, pre-made or supermarket bought) . That’s it.
