Hotel Boutique Casa Vermont

Breakfast was good (first day, I had a little problem to find the place, but it's very near) and the staff in the hotel, where they serve breakfast was very kind, they even prepared a breakfast box one day for me, when I told them that I leave very early next morning; room gives you a bit of a luxurious feel. They have a free watertank just next to the reception, which is nice. Bed was confortable, wi-fi not so much.

I stayed there for 6 nights, so I expected my room to be cleaned (at the least the bed), which didn't happen. Also, sometimes, there was unpleasant smell from the bathtub, which I could feel in the living room. Probably they could do something about it.

The room was sufficiently spacious and silent. The location was comfortable in relation to the city center.

THERE WAS NOT HOT WATER!!!!! So we showered with cold water... unacceptable! AND THE STAFF WAS CONSTANTLY ABSENT, the phone number (as we are tourists was uncallable). NO DRINKABLE WATER and the dispenser was empty. Additionally, there was a cockroach in the bathroom....

Patul este confortabil și camera arata drăguț.

Angajatele de la curățenie de la ora 06 dimineața au strigat, țipat, trântit și deranjat absolut tot hotelul. Cred ca este de bun simt ca măcar dimineața sa fie liniște. Apa la toaleta nu se putea trage.

Micul dejun este oferit la un alt hotel, pe aceiași stradă.
