A very pleasant surprise. The hotel is small, with very carefully selected rooms, extremely soundproof and equipped with everything you need for a complete rest. The breakfast was also very nice. We will definitely keep it in mind on future visits to Bucharest.

The experience was horrible. There is nobody at the reception and the hotel manager was posting a number to which noone was picking up. The room was not ready until 5:30 pm and eventhough it was advertising free parking, i had to park on the street because the parking spots were all full. The carpet was very dirty and the flush in the toilet wasn't working. last, the breakfast was in another hotel, but we were not provided the access code, so we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to let us in. The manager is simply trying to run the two hotels on the cheap, so you are better off paying a little extra and stay in a hotel with proper staff.

Personeli neredeyse hiç görmüyorsunuz. Resepsiyona numara bırakılmış ihtiyaç durumunda aramak için. Kahvaltı başka bir otelde veriliyor ve çok yetersiz. Sürekli çalışana ulaşıp birşeyleri doldurmasını istiyorsunuz( çünkü 10 kişilik kaplarda herşey ve sürekli bitiyor).

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war katastrophal. Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand an der Rezeption – und wir wurden im Vorfeld auch nicht darüber informiert, dass dort niemand sein würde. Wir standen über eine Stunde draußen, ohne zu wissen, wie wir ins Hotel kommen. Erst nach mehreren Versuchen ging jemand ans Telefon und sagte uns, der Schlüssel sei bereits im Zimmer. Kein Hinweis dazu vorher – absolut unprofessionell. Im Zimmer angekommen: keine Badetücher. Wir haben erneut geschrieben – keine Antwort. Dann angerufen – man versprach uns, innerhalb einer Stunde Handtücher zu bringen. Diese sind jedoch nie angekommen. Wir haben zwei Nächte ohne Handtücher verbracht, weil sich schlicht niemand zuständig gefühlt hat. Ein absolutes No-Go! Das Frühstück ist in einem anderen Hotel am Ende der Straße und leider von sehr schlechter Qualität – nicht mal auf dem Niveau eines 1-Sterne-Hotels. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung und wir können dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.
