Рядом с аэропортом. Удобно для транзита. Рядом есть рестораны. Хозяин очень приветливый. Все соответствует описанию.

Наверное, неплохо сделать косметический ремонт. На кухне нет стола. Стол в прихожей (видимо, вместо кухни) с расшатанной столешницей.

The area located it’s no the best but it’s very close to the airport if you are in the middle of flights

Арендовала для мамы квартиру, так как у нее была пересадка в аэропорту. Очень важно: владелец квартиры был постоянно на связи, так как моя мама не имела мобильного сигнала и не знает английского языка. Трансфер делала компанию, которую заказал владелец квартиры. Цена 25 евро из или в аэропорт. Найти место посадки было не сложном, выслали видео и карту аэропорта. Все очень понравилось. Рядом с домом есть пару кафе где можно поесть за небольшие деньги

"Acceptable, but cold and cheating kill the impression."

Right near the airport, convenient for inter-flight rest.

1. It was cold inside. Batteries were put on only when I arrived, while this could have been done beforehand. 2. I paid the host 50 EUR for the transfer there and back, but instead of the transfer back, the host just called a regular taxi. Don't like cheap cheating this way.
