THE FLAT ITSELF WAS NICE

UNFORTUNATELY THE BOILER WASN'T WORKING SO WE HAD NO HOT WATER OR HEATING FOR THE 2 DAYS ALSO THE TV WAS IN A FORIEGN LANGAUGE WE COULD NOT READ MANAGED TO WATCH SOME DOCUMENTARIES THAT WE DONT NORMALLY WATCH AND THE 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO THE TOP FLOOR WAS NO USE TO US AS WE HAVE 1 ON CRUTCHES AND 1 SPECIAL NEEDS WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THIS IF WE KNEW ABOUT IT

beds really comfortable. good size and plenty room..Mirror wasn't cleaned in living room not that we cared..

Dealing with the heating. It was colcold and we had to keep resetting the heat. once reset it was warm and cosy..

Excellent place. Spacious, very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large smart TV. Simply faultless

Nothing.

The property was spacious and there was plenty of free parking outside. It is located near a lot of amenities and made it easy to get to the places we need to get to for an event we were attending.

The property was less clean than the pictures show. A lot of trapped dust and scuffs on the walls, bathmat is stained along with some of the towels provided. The fan in the bathroom is full of dust and taped together and one of the taps in the kitchen was broken. The mugs and glasses provided were dirty too and had to be cleaned before using. The photos on here make the property look a lot bigger and cleaner than it is in person. The property is also on the top floor of the building in which the stairwell is not the cleanest of areas and is a lot of dirt and graffiti. The outside of the property was hosted by groups of men throughout the stay drinking etc.

Very spacious and light! Very well located to the town centre as well as the railway station to get you into the city.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

This was a very last minute 2 night stay. Due to a completely disastrous AirBnB booking elsewhere, we cancelled and were left looking for alternative accommodation late Thursday night. Close to transit and really quiet inside. We were just so relieved to get in last minute (late evening). Spacious for a larger group.

The cleanliness was not at all what was noted by other travellers. This was pointed out to the management, who recognized that some maintenance and cleaning had been missed. The entrance to the building and the staircase are really depressing and super dirty. It is not a good first impression, but once you are inside the apartment, it looks much better.

Loads of space. Well fitted. Easy to find and near to Train for glasgow
